You may be eligible for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) 

You are eligible for WPCP based on residency and income. To be eligible for WPCP, you must NOT live in either the Milwaukee or Racine school districts. Your income must be at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). If the student's parents/legal guardians are married, then their income is reduced by $7,000 when determining eligibility.

*Based on the Wisconsin Department of Instruction's Income Limits for New Students for the 2015-2016 school year.
Ex: A family of three could be made up of a parent and two children. This family would need to make $37,197 or less per year to be eligible for this program.
