Unfortunately, you are NOT eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC).

To be eligible for the Wisconsin Earned Income Tax Credit, you must:
  • Have a Social Security Number that is valid for employment
  • Have earned income from either self-employment or working for someone else
  • Be a full-year Wisconsin resident 
  • Have at least one qualifying child
  • File a joint return if married
  • Meet the federal earned income and investment income limits
