You may be eligible for the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) or Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP).  

You are eligible for MPCP or RPCP based on residency and income. To be eligible for MPCP you must live in the Milwaukee school district, and to be eligible for RPCP you must live in the Racine school district. You cannot apply for the stat-wide Wisconsin Parental Choice Program if you live in Milwaukee or Racine. Also, your income must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). If the student's parents/legal guardians are married, then their income is reduced by $7,000 when determining eligibility.

Ex: A family of three could be made up of a parent and two children. This family would need to live in either Milwaukee or Racine and make $60,321 or less per year to be eligible for this program.
