To be eligible for EITC, your investment income must be less than $3,350 for the year 2014. Your earned income and Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) must each be less than:

Ex: A single filer with 2 qualifying children must earn $43,756 or less to be eligible for the EITC. This person would receive a maximum credit of $5,460 from the federal EITC and an additional 11% from Wisconsin.
