Alright! You may be eligible for W-2 Case Management Services.
Non-custodial parents, minor parents, and certain pregnant women are eligible for case management services. Also, custodial parents who are employed or become employed during the W-2 program and those who reach their maximum lifetime limit of 60 months in the program are eligible for case management services. To be eligible for W-2 programs, your income must be at or below 115% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Minor parents are eligible regardless of income.
Ex: A family of three could be made up of the custodial parent and two children. This family would need to earn $22,759 or less per year, or $1,897 or less per month to be eligible for this program.
